Abstract Guideline

Deadline for Abstract Submission: February 1, 2026 (Sunday)

Abstract Submission Guideline

• All abstract must be submitted via the website ONLY.
• Abstracts should be submitted in English.
• Abstracts shorter than 350 words will be recommended.
• All abstracts must be submitted with Microsoft word file format.
• Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
• It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure the accuracy of the abstract.

Presentation Type

• There is only one presentation type for abstracts: Poster/Oral Presentation.
• All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters with an on-site oral presentation.
• Authors are required to prepare, print, mount, and present their posters in person at the venue.

Notification of Acceptance

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee in accordance with established review procedures.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to the presenting author and the abstract submitting author.

Withdrawal of Abstract

• If the presenting author of an accepted abstract fails to complete registration by the
registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
• If authors need to withdraw an abstract, they must notify the secretariat in writing as soon as possible at

• Once the abstract book has been published, withdrawal of abstracts is not permitted.
